DIY tri-fold welcome folder

Goal: create a gift-like folder on a small budget that is easy to assemble for volunteers and can hold various pieces of information
Result: a letter-size sheet printed on one side in single color with a hit of UV coating for a luxe detail, and custom-engineered with three scores to guide the construction of the final folded, pocketed piece. This secures the varying sizes of the pieces within, and can be sealed shut with a simple spot of adhesive or tape.
